You've got "Add a credit card" up there. Yeah good. GOOD FOR YOU! As a business you've totally forgotten WIIFM (what's in it for me). I will probably NEVER give you a credit card, because... I sense you care about your interests before mine. Try to wine and dine me before you try to fuck me.

Recall that the service we're providing is taking your money. Not that the service happens to take your money but that the taking of your money *is* the service we're providing. It kind of turns the WIIFM paradigm on its head. :)
Actually, I say "recall" but presumably we failed to make the depth of the craziness clear, which is really good feedback for us (for real, thank you!).
