Statistics: Correct the average rate

if you hover over "CUR RATE" on the graph you see the average rate. Daniel has confirmed that the code is old and the average rate is not correct and has said "I need to improve the statistics like this, and put them in a better place than mouseovers!"

    Yeah, having stats like that only in the hovertext is dumb. And the confusion about the accuracy of the average rate is that it's the average rate of the yellow brick road, not the actual data.
