Ah, thanks for asking this! We actually do have clarifications for these things but now that you mention it, there's no way you'd guess it... Those things are included in the legend on your goal page, but only if you turn them on. So, for now, the way to read about these things is to try turning them on and then go look at the legend on the goal page. You're quite right that we should have the explanations as tooltips at least on the settings page. Thanks again!
