Makes no sense
I don't get how this works. I set up a goal and have no idea how to enter progress. How do I get out of this. I don't want my credit card charged for something I don't understand. Your site sucks!

Ooh, let us help! It's supposed to be self-evident when you get the emails from the bot how to reply to those to enter new data. (But it may well not be!) Also, huge thanks for the constructive feedback on this, for real. We definitely need to hear that.
We actually don't ask for a credit card at first, so you can get up to speed before committing. But if you did enter one and you don't see how to flatten your yellow brick road or archive the goal, then probably best to email support@beeminder.com and we'll make sure you're not going to get accidentally charged.
