Let me cry "uncle!" on a goal
Sometimes, on a beemergency day, I know that I'm not going to get back on the road that day. If I'm in a lucid forward-looking frame of mind, I'm already thinking about what slope to unfreeze with, re-evaluating the aggressiveness of the goal, the appropriateness of my fine print, etc.
What I want is the ability to take advantage of that mindset, even in the midst of a temporary setback. I don't like having to wait until tomorrow, hoping that my lucid goal-setting self is still active (and brave, if that's what's required).
I want to be able to manually derail my goal immediately, so that I can unfreeze immediately (or not, if that's the right best thing for this particular goal) and set myself up for future success.
