it would be nice to zoom into graphs for more info on specific days...
-after awhile, graphs have so many points on them if one has been tracking something for a long time- it would be nice if one could zoom in and look more closely at data for specific time periods- like months, weeks, days, etc. specifically in the past for more data.
I'm surprised that no one else has mentioned this idea before...? or maybe I just don't see it? o.o??

This is technically different from the number 2 suggestion but we plan to do this as part of that so I thought it made sense to combine these.
Thanks so much for the suggestions and feedback here!

I think we can combine this with what's currently the number 2 idea: http://beeminder.uservoice.com/forums/3011-general/suggestions/2285099-make-the-graph-scalable-
So I'm going to mark this one as closed.
And a small correction to what Melanie said: you can zoom in around the current datapoint but the current implementation doesn't allow zooming in to arbitrary points in the past. When we have proper zooming that will be possible.

There is now a way to do this, though it's not super ideal yet. In advanced settings, you can set a t-min, t-max (time or x axis) and a v-min or v-max (value or y axis).
