Put a 'Save' button on the Avatar tab
There seems to be no way to save the Avatar file to be uploaded on the Avatar tab. There should be a Save or Upload button.

We fixed this – and then we recently switched over to Gravatar entirely, so there is no more Avatar tab at all!
