Have a nice, friendly "Help" button.
It isn't obvious how one interacts with the various parts of a goal page. For example, a naive user won't automatically figure out how to enter in data for the day. How about a nice big friendly "Help" button, maybe in green or something else that stands out, to give users some ideas on how to use UI.

Agreed! Can't tell you how much we appreciate these comments and ideas! Btw, the video that Fruitful is presumably referring to is http://dreev.es/howtobee and is a bit out of date, though I think still useful (and super cute in my biased opinion!).

Yep-- As a brand new user, the goal page is not very intuitive for me at all. I was just wondering where in the world to enter the data. A Help button, or a sample goal page on first sign-in, with the handy rollover texts explaining what each part of the page does or something, would be helpful.
