Some of my goals are a bit more complicated than others and need more explaining. The notes tab would mainly be useful for reminding me about how I'm evaluating success and what details are involved when I'm recording my data. For example, say I create a "eat healthy" graph and award myself "points" for not having that extra slice of cake or having water instead of soda during the day. I might decide that skipping desert altogether is worth 2 points! Having a notes table to keep track of (and commit to) those details would be great for more complex goals than "absolute time worked".
