Currently the Secret setting defaults to being Unchecked thereby making our goals public. It seems that in the interest of privacy, it should default to being Checked.

Actually, I would rather have a Public/Private selection that defaults to Private for new goals.

Additionally, it might be nice to provide a list of email addresses or users that can view it. That would be even more control. But I'm not sure it wold be worth the effort.
