Render graphs as SVG instead of PNG
Pros:
1. awesome crispness on Retina displays (currently it’s meh)
2. can be rendered much faster (less server load + better redraw times)Cons: IE 8 doesn’t support SVG. A possible workaround is using something like Raphaël (a JS library for cross-browser vector graphics), but even a checkbox in the settings "I swear I’m never going to use IE 8, now please give me my SVG already!" would be cool.

Provide a calendar for each goal to view and edit the goal's rate for specific days
I think the current way of scheduling breaks is a little bit too cumbersome. It is also difficult to see for which days one has scheduled breaks. What I would suggest is providing a calendar view for each goal. The idea would be that for each day of the calendar you see a number indicating the rate of the goal for that day. For instance, if for a given goal you have a daily rate of 10, then you would see the number 10 for each day in the calendar. If you have scheduled a flat spot for certain days…

Cheer when I reach my goal
Rather than see a red question/reminder (You drove off the road...) the day after successfully reaching a goal how about some praise and an offer to continue?

Integrate reminder into Beeminder app
The Beeminder Android app is very well done, and I work almost exclusively with the phone app rather than the website for data entry. Once enhancement could be that along with reminder options to enter data via email or text message, is to include an option where the app itself triggers the reminder, including a message in the notification bar. Clicking the notification reminder would like to the Beeminder app (or better yet, the specific goal) for data entry.

TimeTag text messages.
I'd like TimeTag to text me when I'm out and about, not just on the web. That would allow me to use it with iOS or even people who still have dumbphones. I'm used to answering texts. I'm not sure of the barriers though.

Add Google Drive Integration for Writers
I would love it if you could track words written and/or edited in Google Drive, as you can Draft.

Permit changing the type of a goal
The "Do more" goal automatically sums, and is the default goal type. This is right for most of my goals, but for one of them, I selected that and started entering data.
I'd like to change it to not sum, but I don't see where I can do that. Is there a way? And if not, can there be a way?

have automatic email reminders only if I'm within X days of derailing (let me choose X)
I don't want reminders every day or on particular days of the week, but I definitely *do* want a reminder if it's the emergency day or day before. I can't do that with the current email settings.

Allow for buddy or referee reported goals
Currently users self-report on beeminder goals. That's good, but we can lie, we can round things up/down, and we can take samples at convenient times. If there's money at stake, and that money is significant to the user, then some users will simply misreport rather than fail a goal.
However, if you have a *buddy* reporting a goal, you can't as easily weasel out of it.
This is a suggestion to allow nominate (on a per-goal basis) another user or users as "buddies" who can also enter data for that particular graph.

Allow multi-dimensional input
For a lot of fitness related goals there are multiple dimensions. Running 5k is one thing, but running it at 9 minute miles is very different from 8 minute miles. In weight lifting, the data are naturally of the form (weight, reps, sets), and an improvement in any dimension represents real growth. Users should be able to report multi-dimensional data and specify a function that maps their data space into one dimension for graphing and tracking purposes.

Integrate with RSS: allow creating a goal from an RSS feed
I don't know how you keep track of Beeminder blog posts, but an easy way to keep track of blogging and other publishing-type tasks (Twitter, Youtube, ...) would be to check an RSS/Atom feed and then count the posts / words / whatever.

Choose your own incentives: Have an option to pay only if you reach your goal
I get the whole anti-akrasia thing where you pay when you fail. You're incentivizing your future self to toe the line (stay on the road).
But it takes a certain kind of nerd to appreciate the value in that. Normal people might prefer it the other way around: I still put in my credit card up front but you only charge it if I actually reach my goal.
It's like a satisfaction guarantee: Beeminder will get you to the end of your Yellow Brick Road or your money back!

Allow a "calories consumed" goal integrated with FitBit, LoseIt or MyFitnessPal
There currently only appears to be a total net calories through FitBit. I track my food intake there, but not activity since my Fitbit flex broke. Or at least have some calorie-counting site that can be integrated.

Flexible automatic integrations
Make it easy to flexibly define the meaning of data from integrations - for example, the duolingo integration allows you to create a beeminder goal for "total number of points" but it would be nice to easily say "days in which any points were earned"

Show a graph preview on the create goal page
I think it would be better if you could preview your graph on the goal creation page, before the goal is actually created. Besides the visual coolness, you get to tap into the way the human visual system is very good at noticing wrong shapes.

Free the Beeminder code!
There are social [1] and practical [2] reasons to write free software. For Beeminder, being something primarily used over the internet, the AGPL would probably be appropriate [3].
