Ah, good point. For most goals (auto-summing) this isn't an issue since the most recent datapoint tells you exactly that. But for odometer goals you'd have to do some annoying mental arithmetic to know the delta for today.

One thing that may help a little bit is to turn on the purple steppy line. The vertical segments then give you a visual indicator of how much was done each day. What do you think?

Thanks for the reply. It shows the overall total words written, but there doesn't seem to be a clear stat to answer the question "how many words have I written **today**?"
