A simple but useful shortcut
When entering data, if the user includes just one value instead of two, assume the value is for the current day. This is simpler than the current shortcut for this, which is the ^ symbol, I believe?

Alice: Ooh, I’d use that! … looking at the bad data people actually enter, pretty often they just enter the day and no value – so I’m worried this would result in a lot of bad data that derails binary do-less goals.
