Render graphs as SVG instead of PNG
Pros:
1. awesome crispness on Retina displays (currently it’s meh)
2. can be rendered much faster (less server load + better redraw times)Cons: IE 8 doesn’t support SVG. A possible workaround is using something like Raphaël (a JS library for cross-browser vector graphics), but even a checkbox in the settings "I swear I’m never going to use IE 8, now please give me my SVG already!" would be cool.

Reward / earning back system
Because I feel like I'm not the only person that tends to feel bad -maybe even a bit of a failure- when they set goals for themselves and don't reach them. It would be usefull to provide these people with a system that goes both ways. Because if you already feel bad about not following through and you get punished on top of it, that's just like a double punishment. So I would suggest 3 options:
It's always based on rewarding people for overperforming.
Have to option to earn back what you lost (the least attractive option from the financial…3 votes -
[Android app] Preserve submission values when refreshing the chart
When entering multiple submissions to a single goal in the android app, occasionally the chart will refresh while I'm typing the comment for the next submission. After the refresh, the comment is lost. It would be good to preserve any values before refreshing all of the screen elements.

More options on starting goal. Not only weekly rate!
When you start a new goal you should get the option to set your goal end date and total goal amount. It is possible to do this, but it should be extremly easy to do.

fix the UI bug where the various elements fail to update at midnight
http://i.imgur.com/1besALi.png
I keep all of my goals open in pinned tabs in chrome, and various UI elements do not update at midnight, requiring a page refresh.
This ought to be an easy fix?

"Quick add data" should report the last entry, right?
But for me it seems to be reporting the second-to-last entry in the view just above the data entry box. It seems logical/necessary to me that it report the last entry so that I know immediately whether I already input "today" entry or not without having to actually load the graph.

Make form fields work with LastPass/other autofillers
Right now, if I ask LastPass to autofill my credit card info, it doesn't put in my card number or anything like that. Maybe if you add "for=" to the "Card number", "CVC" and "expiration" fields or add ID's with relevant text?

Provide a calendar for each goal to view and edit the goal's rate for specific days
I think the current way of scheduling breaks is a little bit too cumbersome. It is also difficult to see for which days one has scheduled breaks. What I would suggest is providing a calendar view for each goal. The idea would be that for each day of the calendar you see a number indicating the rate of the goal for that day. For instance, if for a given goal you have a daily rate of 10, then you would see the number 10 for each day in the calendar. If you have scheduled a flat spot for certain days…

Allow iPhone users to log in via Google
Right now, I can't use the Beeminder iPhone app because it doesn't let you log in with Google. It would be great if I could log in to beeminder with Google and use the iPhone app.

Timezone detection
It would be immensely useful to have beeminder detect the browser timezone and provide an option to change the set one if it doesn't match. I routinely forget to change it when I travel and end up derailing goals unintentionally.

Show iOS badge number for goals that need to be updated
iOS apps can have a little red number on the app's icon. It would be useful if it could show the number of goals that need still to be updated today, so I'm less likely to forget to enter the data.

Allow for the plotting of numerical metadata
Some goals, like strength-training, can have multiple aspects. One aspect is how often you do the exercise itself (e.g. am I going to the gym twice a week?) while other things include the repetitions you do and the amount of weight you use.
It would be nice if beeminder could plot this metadata and associate it with the given goal. So I could see a graph of my weight lifted over time, but only beemind my actual gym visits
Based on the thread "reminder (or goal) to record weight" in Akratics Anonymous.

The comments appear to drop anything in angle brackets instead of escaping it.

have one bot email for all goals
I now get three separate emails for the three goals I track, and this can be overwhelming. it would be great if beeminder sent one email with three (or however many for a user's goals) sections that I would fill out and send back.
Thanks for considering it!
